This is bullshit. Controlling the border and administering immigration into the UK is an executive, not a judicial, function.
There is no absolute right to emigrate into the United Kingdom. If they don't like the system that has been set up, they are welcome not to come to the UK.

it is funny how the UK government sounds like my US government. I am not afraid of terrorist; I'm sure citizens of the UK would choose proper law over security. These hidden courts make the argument stronger of secret societies, royals, elites trying not to be exposed to the people. If Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin were alive, a new revolution would be forming right now.
