  • Nice video - interesting to see how this practitioner addresses the problem of placing the feet during repulse monkey to avoid having to make extra movements and adjust the feet after stepping. The only problem is that it creates some unnatural tension in the ankle of the rear foot during the palm strike. I practice the same form with very slight variation.

  • This is one of the best preformances of Wang Shu-Jin's form I've seen. At last correct body postures (knees..) and nice flow
