1) not intentional :)
2) 480 fps in pldx tool - 60 fps movie itself. then i use megui to encode the video.
I could do a tutorial. But i don't think that it's neccessary.

@AlexLeshey I use the same method, but when I upload to yt, it looks crap. megui settings plx?

Well i just use a x264 preset. its "x264 Unrestricred - Insane" if I'm not mistaken.
then i press AutoEncode and set the bitrate to 6000. nothing more, nothing less.
