  • great and simple

  • Hi jane ,L ike the idea of getting the daily dose,I am a recovering compulsive gambler ,went to my local ga meeting and have'n't looked back since then.I regard myself as a life time member of the fellowship.

  • This is good advice, I know from my own gambling problems. Quitting is very hard and most people cannot quit all at once. But you have to start fighting for your own life somewhere. Even fighting to get away from gambling from a little while is a good early step. The more you fight it, the stronger you get until one day in the future you won't gamble any more.

  • Not bad

  • I'm a gambler myself and trying to fight it!!!!!

In Russia gambling is restricted by the law :)

But problem is that's I'm in UK now and here it's allowed!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What to do ???

  • Thanks verry much 4 your words Jane!!! I really appreciate it. One Love.

  • I agree with this advice, the best way to avoid gambling and gambling organizations is to keep yourself busy and your mind off it and after a while you will kick the habbit all together

  • I love the simplicity of your suggestions and ideas. They are so easy to put to use today in my daily life.
