@timothywebber55 you CAN import it from Japan and play it on your PS3. There is no region code on PS3. BUT you will have to look online to see what each option does (it's all in Japanese obviously) and so on and so forth. It's a beast game btw.

You can play it on the PS3 its not that hard to understand it. Do not even think to play it on the arcade. Way to many people in line to play it all the time.
