Hi doug, couple of questions.
1 Do you place the cages you made into the footing, tie them together than fill the footing with nornal 40mpa concrete?
2. After do you tie the expanded lath mesh to the cages.
3. do you spray the morter on or trowl it.

@ebit36 There is some new Stuff on Flikr.(Googe Doug Lacy's photostream ferrocement) I have some new material and a new project that has advanced the mix design and the armature forming process significantly. I make Arc Trusses that are made in precisely curved light block segments now to outline the basic shape of a structure like a tent pole frame, Connecting membrane trusses fill in enough for rigid surface shells.
