St. Baldricks fever hit Basin Electric for the second year in a row, and as a result, nearly 200 people across North Dakota, Wyoming and Minnesota shaved their heads for childhood cancer research and raised a grand total of almost $103,000, and the money continues to come in. This surpasses last years event, which included 109 participants who raised more than $94,000. Perhaps the biggest surprise was the involvement from the communities in which Basin Electric has a presence.
