This is where I believe this scene from Minder: Sorry Pal Wrong Number was filmed, All Saint's Road, South Acton. This was made in December 2007 and look at the changes, especially the fact that the telephone boxes are gone!

they film the scene of the printers at West 9 print at fordingley rd W9 back in 1980 when i was an apprentice at 16, strange to see my old Mulitlith print machine and the calendar of the blond bird in her see threw nightie above.memories im now 48!!

@ploij89 Thanks for sharing that, do you recall which episode? I'm not a Londoner but visit every year and enjoy filming places I've seen on TV. I was wondering , can you recall what Stringfellows club was before it was Stringfellows? (I find it a very out of place building).

I have returned there since and have discovered that the small block of flats on the right have been demolished.

What's the name of the station. In the Minder episode it was Acton Green, not sure if that was the real name.

"mmmm....nice" The station is called South Acton and from what I can find out it always has been. However, the area the other side of the track is actually called Acton Green.

This kind of clip is interesting, but it would benefit by at least 50% if you had added commentary. I went around London filming Beatles Sites for Youtube. Check them out. I was reluctant to add commentary, but I did it. Am I an expert lol NO! But I would certainly do it again.

Thx for posting this. In the episode I was oneof the kids riding my bike with my mates. We pestered the director to be in the programme and in the end he let us ride our bikes.

They spent 2 days filming there. The phone boxes were put there for the episode. The 1971 film Villain with Richard Burton was filmed just across the park.
