If you're being followed and harrased by vehicle, go to the local hardware store and purchase some gloves and some roofing nails with large round heads. The large round heads stick in tires and are more likely to pick up than the nails with the small heads. When you notice you are being followed, slip on one glove that you'll use to throw the nails.
