@gonzosc1 Yet they'll go screamy and whinny when they get road rash in jeans. And it's not just bikes. If you don't check, either by mirror or look to your side(if you don't look to your left or right, you can miss those that are right on top of you), and crash you are going to look like a tool.

BadCAir, the group wasn't stopped because they were commiting an offence, the cops were simply advising them how to save their own lives. I would thank a cop for pointing out some riding error that I had overlooked, if it meant that correcting it might keep me out of hospital or the morgue. Can you imagine what it's like as a cop to have to attend biker decapitations, broken backs & legs smashed to bits? Better active prevention than to visit a bikers family to tell them the sad news.
