I think if you are aware of the side effects and you think you're able to take 2 (or more) pills a day, I say.... Go for it!

at first you want to see rapid changes, but just be patient! mine didn't completely clear until after i was off of it. taking the pill(s) each morning just became routine, and the worst part was getting blood drawn, but that was only once a month. Altogether, it's given me so much more confidence to have clear skin and it was definitely worth the process.

How many mg's are you on? I started on 30mg's and my derm. just bumped me up to 60mg's yesturday! im almost done month 2! :) WOOT

hahaha. i was on 40mg at first, then my dermatolagist bumped my up to 60mg.
