  • Oh, the only time my radiators get hot all the way across is on very cold days. On average days, only 1 or 2 fins are hot.Due to my vents being mostly open, Im never running at any pressure, so its hard to balance the system. Any suggestions ? Also, do you have any videos on the boiler and settings ? Like proper cut in cut off pressure settings, and proper flame adjusting for the burner and gas valve ? Thanks, hard to find videos on Steam systems.

  • @dannyg40) Check out my 3 new videos on boilers and it shhould help you out.

  • Nice video, wondering if you can help with a problem I been having for a long time. I have single pipe steam. 4 radiators on the 1st floor, 3 on the 2nd floor. I cannot balance the system out. I had all dole 1a adjustable vents at one time, but had issues with them. They would tend to "stick" and not vent at all even when open to number 10. I bought some generic adjustables that worked real good, but Im always messing with them trying to get everything balanced.

  • @dannyg40) ill post a video on boilers and that should help you out somewhat.

  • @akwesi100 Thank you !

  • On hot days everything works good. On average days, some rooms the radiators dont heat up enough. Im wondering if I should just get all Gordan non adjustables and replace the adjusttable vents. For some reason after a very cold day, when the weather warms up and the radiators cool down, and the vents cool down, they tend to "stick", and I have problems with them. What do you suggest ?

  • keep posting vids on a variety of topics! Learned something New today ;)

  • @100PercentGreen) Im going to reupload them the files are to big so Im going to convert them first then reupload them.

  • @akwesi100 Okay I see...So dual pipe systems use hot water and not steam?

Btw, are you planning on reuploading your last 2 videos?......I think YouTube might have problems converting .m2ts files.....if you need help converting them then I should be able to assist....
