mechanics is not the only way to increase pitching velocity also there are 2 more your missing. and one you get it from working out.

this is just part of one of the 1 1/2 hour pitching focused workouts Chris puts his guys through. His emphasis is on developing core strength, stamina, and he obsesses about strengthening the decelerator muscle groups.
A good pitching coach is going to help you develop your mechanics to maximize your heater; a good coach and a good conditioning program will give you your best shot at keeping you from getting hurt.
Chris also works with pro football and baseball players in their off season.

white shirt; Soph, LHP, middle/short relief
green shirt; Senior, RHP, closer
blue shirt; best strength and conditioning coach in the West. His guys don't get hurt.
