Elise Badone, Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) Specialist and Lauren Brooks RKC Team Leader, show the "mini plank" isometric. This exercise is a must for anyone who has had babies, C-sections, Abdominal surgeries, desk jobs, to help stimulate the proper firing patterns. This should be done prior to using kettlebells, running, or any form of exercise, as part of a warm up for optimal performance. Tightening up that area will be easier with adding this exercise to your arsenal. Find Elise Badone at http://soulfit.net/ for more Muscle Activation Technique exercises. Visit Lauren Brooks for kettlebells and DVD's at http://www.ontheedgefitness.com/

  • Is this better than the regular plank?

  • Great Soles, very pretty feet

  • lauren was the one who was messing up the movement and thats was caused the confusion!

  • I'm wondering the same thing, or does it really make a difference?

  • Does the pelvis go down first or the legs in the video Elise says pelvis first all the way through and then says the legs first on the last one ? Thanks
