@don417 ...be careful. While I agree that Thesz was definitely hating here, Lou was a legit shooter, fam. Even in his 60s he was able to hold his own with cats like bruiser brody, who was half his age and considered a bad ass in the industry. Thesz is one of the toughest men who ever lived.

Funny Thesz dissing someone else's ability when his finisher was lame and weak.

That was a very cool countdown at the end with all the various sports (basketball, golf, horse racing, ice hockey, gridiron football, F1 racing, bull riding, baseball).

ric flair vs. hogan will it ever happen? at a house show it will
-
it would happen but Hogan would make sure to not put over Ric in the least bit. Never mind that if he'd of let Ric win one or their first two bouts it would of made sure the third won would draw big money. Why draw big money when you have creative control?
-
@WWEFanatic2007 Yes, but they never fought in the 1980's when both men were at the top of their game and dominated their promotions.
-
@Besherk well there was 14,000 people at the show, but im not sure what the PPV buys were
-
I wonder what would happened if Bruno Samartino vs Lo Thes vs Hulk Hogan vs rick flair all in their prime time? The earth would explode right there but don't make Vince Mchman in charge because he will ruin it.

Well the battle between the WWF and the NWA is long over but the debate over Hogan and Flair still goes on to this day though they did meet later on in WWF and WCW in the 90's, they were the biggest stars of the 80's.
