boeing 717 es una copia del MD pero con motores turbosoplantes en vez de reactores, algo mas pequeño que sus antecesores pero muy tecnologico, el DC9 era bastante grande y actualmente iberia los tiene como cargueros, el MD serie 88-87-83 es parecidisimo al boeing 717 pero mas antiguo y alargado

The second time you'd write is better if you use english..but I understand..the main difference is surely the lenght of the plane..dougla dc-9 isn't in production and is very rare see a plane like this. Md80 is more long than 717.
