Manor Garden Allotments has provided East Londoners with small plots of land to harvest since the year 1900 and has grown into a tight-knit and diverse community.
At present, the future of the Allotments is disturbed by the 2012 Olympic Games. These 4.5 acres between the River Lea and the Channelsea River will be bulldozed for the construction of a concrete walkway leading to the Olympic Stadium.
These are the stories of some of the plotholders that will be forced to leave their land.
