TRANSPORTATION IN 2 learns how OCTA employees are helping to give back to the community with the United Way. The annual campaign starts with an employee costume contest and decorated rooms for visiting young trick-or-treaters. OCTA hopes to raise $100,000 this year to go towards funds for food banks, shelters and health centers.
