Glad I became a Jeff Gordon fan at Birth

#85 Shouldve happened a week sooner at Bristol. I was on the front row of the start finish just knowing he was gonna win #85 that night and I was gonna be right there to celebrate it. Either way here's to the greatest damn driver of our time! 85 and more to come. Championships too! JG24EVER!

Best of the best right there! Go 24!!!

Man... Jeff just had terrible luck once the chase started. He was dominating every race up until then.

@TheWatchme14 look at the time he posted it dumbass

@cmiddick tony stewart won
get your facts right

@steelcagechaos1 That's all right. Not that he and Alan have a full season under their belts, I think they'll be much better in 2012. Remember 2007, after Gordon and LeTarte had one full season under their belts? It was an incredible season, and Alan and Jeff were getting better and better as this season went on. I expect better things next year.

@rshcry24 I hear ya. He was poised to win it, but luck wasn't on his side.
-
@steelcagechaos1 Well, regardless, he had the worst luck of anybody I've seen, and that just helped to illustrate my point.

@rshcry24 Talladega wasn't necessarily betrayal. Bayne was threatened by Roush to push Kenseth to the line or he would be out of a job.
I think the ending of this race clearly shows how talented of a driver Jeff Gordon is. Yes, his team and crew chief are fantastic too, giving him a great car, but he deserves a TON of credit for driving the car that good when it was loose and he had a 5-time champion just feet behind him with a couple of laps to go. That was a fantastic show of pure driving talent by the best DRIVER ever in NASCAR, PERIOD.
