Santu hears Kadambari talking to her friend & asks her about the conversation. Kadambari makes up a story & tells her that she was practicing for her play on the phone. Santu returns without discussing anything about her marriage. On asking, Santu tells Meghna about Kadambaris play & Meghna expresses her desire of watching Kadambaris play. Santu overhears Dharamraaj talking to Baa about Madhos illness. Dharamraaj gets a call from Avinash Chaudhary (his rival) who informs him about the contract & how Virat helped him to get the contract. Dharamraaj gets infuriated on Virat & asks him to leave. At Madhos house, Monghi asks Hiten to give food to the cow as she is busy taking care of Madho who is unwell. Khemi also returns home & is frustrated with Hiten for killing their cow. She does not let him interfere in their daily chores & does not even let her enter their house. But Hiten gives Madhos medicine & then leaves. Dharamraaj is lost in Subhadras thoughts & feels that Santu is trying to take Subhadras place. He does not let her enter their room & warns her to stay away from him. Santu leaves & sleeps in the temple. Meghna plans to finalise Kadambari & her sons engagement. She goes to the temple & sees Santu sleeping on the ground. She feels that Santu must have had a tiff with Dhararmaaj due to which she is sleeping there. But Santu gives an excuse saying that in order make sure that the diya is lit the entire night, she voluntarily chose to sleep there. Tarulataben sees them talking & is afraid that Santu would reveal the reality in front of Meghna. She explains Dharamraaj that in order to maintain a healthy relation with Kadambaris would be in laws; he will have to portray a rosy picture in front of them.
