Zelda: Skyward Sword - Part 15 - Water Dragon's Sacred Water

To gain access to the Lake, draw a circle to complete the picture. Now swim underwater and follow the red sea horse when you're inside of the underwater cave.
Swim towards the surface and do a spin attack to jump right out of the water, over objects.
Meeting the Water Dragon, she tells she was attacked by Ghirahim. You need to get Sacred Water from the Skyview temple. If you saved in front of it, you can warp to that area by returning back to the sky and jump down again..
The key in the Skyview Temple is a tricky one.. I searched like a noob because I assumed you couldn't crawl into tiny holes under water.. Anyways, dive in the room to the right, you once needed to flood.. Then get in the next room, climb up and dig.
The Sub-Boss is awesome! I'll post a no damage run for this sub-boss.
