Remote Neural Monitoring: Human Experimentee Chronicles 1.

I am recording some of the things stated to me by perpertrators of remote neural monitoring. i believe there is an implant in me or maybe electronic harassment or both. I am documenting the comments of the people who work in 6 to 12 hour shifts that are monitoring me and are making me aware of it. Any help on possible locations for implants that give the ability to monitor thoughts, memories and sight, outside of being implanted directly inside the brain is helpful. Any other suggestions or help is welcomed as well.

For targets like me: there are NO gang stalkers, they simply have covertly implanted you with some type of receiver/nano implant--this is why you hear this no matter where you go. I believe there is some type of satellite(s) that broadcasts these looped, pre-recorded tapes that are picked up by the receiver implanted in us via medical procedures. If you are a t.i., ask yourself if you had any invasive medical procedure prior to hearing v2k? Did u have fluttering in your ears, headaches prior?

Targets, beware of online dis-info. MOST of the people posting online are people in the employ of or actually involved in this harassment of innocent citizens. @qpalzmp3 another ploy to get ti's desperate for relief to buy un-necessary and expensive devices that won't work. If they did, every ti would already KNOW about it. Neo-dymium magnets are cheap and plentiful. I am speaking as a target who has been subjected to non-stop nano-implant voice harassment for over a year. I started using neo-dymium magnets day and night (specifically those used in pain therapy earrings, about 15 bucks sold online) and the main voice has become garbled and distorted.

Day in and day out. THIS is what these people DO for a buck?!! What happy or even remotely functioning person would do shit like this?!
