this is amature training. if they had the dog properly trained they wouldnt have to pry its mouth off of the arm guard. the owner would have only had to say no heel and the dog would have immediantly let go and heeled.

maybe he is still being trained....and they are working on the out....some people dont like to fuck up there dogs grip sometimes training the out command can do that
