@wolverine786 You don't understand 1) The 'compulsion' only refers to non-Muslims, but once you are Muslim, there most definitely is compulsion in the religion of Islam (because apostatizing from Islam is punishable by death in Sharia law). I know 2) already - and thanks for supporting my point (mafia protection) about this. 3) Is only true if I am in an Islamic land and do this publicly. I live in the West and so am exempt from 3).

1) There is no compulsion in religion (Quran)

2) You are referring to Jizya tax...Like every other country that has taxes..this is a tax that only the non-muslims who have hit puberty pay living on Muslim lands...Jizya is only 10% of your earnings per annum (UK= 30% min). Zakat is imposed on the Muslims to purify them and to be given back to their poor, whereas jizya is imposed on the people of the Book to humble them.

3) If that was really the case you would be dead. :/

Choudary is an exemplary Muslim. The majority of Muslims could take lessons. In this video, Choudary is doing his duty as a Muslim and INVITING non-Muslims to the religion of Islam. We have three choices according to Islam 1) Accept 'membership' in Islam (mafia) and all the priviledges that come with it. Say 'no thanks', but pay the 'mafia' off periodically for protection 3) Give the 'mafia' the 'middle finger' and risk getting killed by them.
