Apollo 11 Press Conference

After you make an historic first trip to another celestial body, you are sort of obligated to sit down for some questions from the press. That's what astronauts Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin, Jr., who traveled to the Moon 41 years ago this week, did on August 12, 1969, in the auditorium of the Manned Spacecraft Center, Houston, Texas, before two hundred members of the press. They were acting very strange, at least near the beginning. I haven't got far into it yet. But they are acting weird. Like what they are saying is of no importance -- or that they can't speak of something & their mind is elsewhere. And no, I'm not one who thinks that it was faked. I believe they were there.

To be honest ... I think they did land on the moon.... of course they didn't want to say how because they did not want Sovietc Union astronauts over there...Those were tough times.... almost half of the world were aganist U.S.A...Of course they received many advises from president and others about what to say and what not to say....

If we never went to the moon the Russians would have figured it out. The videos on the surface of the moon show a landscape that could not possible be a set. You lack serious perspective if you think the panoramas and the perspectives are not real. An area that big with massive barren hills in the distance is not a set and not a desert here on earth. I suppose there was no Saturn V either? and No space shuttles have ever been launched. How come no one involved has ever "spilled the beans"?

People seem to forget that these are still ordinary people, they were not celebrities and they didn't realise just how big the reaction would be worldwide. Watching Neil speak these days it seemed as if his mind is elsewhere i agree, but watching footage of him from the Apollo days, he seems like a nervous speaker infront of large audiences. 1on1 TV interview he seems completely fine, but when he is infront of such a large crowd he definetly appears unconfident and nervous. That is ALL it is.

It just seems How Stupid and Mentally Degraded some People are commenting on Falsehoods and such , when they have never been to space , Never been to NASA , Never been to the Russian Space program , Never Flew a Plane and for that matter never Did anything significant in their lives .....Other than debunk Facts . They are what we call Computer warriors Typing away their Brain damaged Filth for all the Morons in the World to Hear . Its a Pity that 75 % of the people of the World are Plain Idiots.
