Harry died in the 'Great Battle' and Ron, to try to escape his grief of losing his best friend joined Gringotts Bank. Hermione is now left 'all alone'.
Grey clips are her remembering the past and when you see the figure in the derelict camp that's meant to be Hermione wandering the Battle grounds where Harry died. Also when there is a long intrumental part in the song the clips are Hermione visting Harry's grave (use your imangination) =)
