Wall Street lobbied Congress ten years ago to allow its use and it created a shadow banking system centered in London. Most US investment firms have the option to practice this on customer accounts. If desperate for funds to make one last bet to cover prior losses all customer money is vulnerable to this.

People will continue to leave Californis, educated skilled people, business owners, tax payers. The state will be even worse off than before and unlike the Fed there is no money printing machine. I'll be gone in a few more years.

Safety tip, with your back pack on and ur hoodie with the hood up you have restricted field of view. Be safe, watch ur back out on the street. Maybe wear a hat and fold down the backpack so you can see over ur shoulder, and watch ur six o'clock. Be prepared for the unexpected: Be safe, not sorry..
