José Mário dos Santos Mourinho Félix, noto semplicemente come José Mourinho (Setúbal, 26 gennaio 1963), è un allenatore di calcio portoghese, attualmente responsabile tecnico dell'Inter.
Ha allenato anche squadre come Benfica, Porto e Chelsea. È soprannominato The Special One, come lui stesso si definì durante la sua prima conferenza stampa al Chelsea.
Personaggio molto controverso, è spesso al centro di numerose polemiche per il suo carattere spavaldo,ma il suo valore tecnico è riconosciuto: per due anni consecutivi, nel 2004 e 2005, è stato indicato come miglior allenatore del mondo dall'IFFHS, l'Istituto Internazionale di Storia e Statistica del Calcio.
