  • bullshit look at her gooseneck she doing something that making her hyper.wonder what it is. ............candida is root of all evil........study and learn.

  • @XforeverlongingX Man, how long have you been working for Big Pharma? A four year old child understands that prolonged stress is going to affect SOMETHING, and that's likely the adrenals, and that they can become "diseased" (look up the word) from prolonged stress among other things. By the way, Dr. Schwarzbein is in fact, an endocrinologist.

    Sheesh.

  • I too am dealing with adrenal burnout. I think the best way to just recover is just too simply rest! You can't just take supplements and continue to work at a high level and expect to get better. I think this thing could be simpler than what we are making it out to be. Just simply slow down eat good (which is what you supposed to do anyways) and light exercise (walk).

  • @researchfiend You're being scammed. The saliva tests are rigged. You do not need to replace DHEA. You don't need to treat adrenals unless you have a disease of the glands.

  • @Soulnik There is no such thing as "adrenal fatigue" unless you have an adrenal disease. These people are trying to A. get you into their office B. buy their products. These people are treating you for things that you don't have by telling you that you have adrenal burnout or adrenal fatigue. It's simply impossible unless your adrenal glands are diseased, which can be VERY serious and would require that you visit an endocrinologist, which is a licensed medical doctor.

  • @DerekChaunessey Soy is the last thing a person with thyroid problems should consume. As a rule wheat is bad as most people in the West are allergic to some degree. I would ask your md for something purer and more healthy or find another endocrinologist.

  • @Soulnik Even though I have stage III adrenal fatigue aka borderline secondary adrenal insufficiency I have high DHEA.

Those who have AF need to do saliva testing for your DHEA levels as you don't want too much DHEA in your body particularly in supplemental form.

  • zerglings like adrenal glands evolutioned

  • My doctor gave me an adrenal support supplement by Standard Process called Catalyn. But I have no symptoms of adrenal fatigue, only low thyroid symptoms. But the supplement contains wheat germ and soy, two things I avoid vehemently because wheat at least causes me to have facial tics.

  • I definitly agree w DrHMFIC on the no shortcuts and pushing harder but also agree that a bio identical hormones are to be homostasis purposes and not to keep doing the stressors..

anyone know on the "time" to recover?? curious to know more.
