A child preditor singled out a few kids from among thousands of children on the internet, passed them on to another child preditor that then posted them on sites sure to make them go viral.
Kids don't have the wisdom of adults. If a child says "It's ok to abuse me, I don't care" the preditors dont' then have a free ride to post child pornography or sites that incite harm to children. Both are felonies.
