No offense, but that Redken line sucks. I used it for 6 months, emptying out my pockets for these tiny bottles of expensive product. :\ I have to say, a 33.8 oz bottle of Nioxin at $30 is easier on my pocketbook, smells better, and WORKS..

@MsSMSgirl A transfer perm is rolling the hair on very small rods, applying the waving lotion, and once the hair has become "curly" you remove the smaller rods, re-wrap the hair on larger, spongy rollers, and leave rollers in 5-10 more minutes. The small rods break down the cuticle of the hair, and the spongy rollers enable you to have the appearance of natural body, rather than a super-curly perm. Not an easy process.

@1laughinggravy what is a transfer perm?

The only way I have found to make fine hair manageable is with a transfer perm to acquire body. How about a demo of a transfer perm for fine hair? That would truly help many with the "fine hair blues."
