Muay Thai Girl 2006 Round 1

Mushin Fighter Corps Graduate M'Lisa Kiser in her second Kickboxing fight. We took the lessons learned from her previous fight against Amber George and worked hard at improving M'Lisa's arsenal as well as our training methods.

We added a lot of lateral movement and angulation. We asked her to never give ground when pushed, to not turn her back and to never let her back touch the ropes/cage.

We selected an opponent with similar physical attributes and a similar style for M'lisa to test her updated skills with. She did a spectacular job executing and as a result, took home the win.

I'm surprised her opponent lasted more than that round!! She was all over the place. With her guard down, she was a sitting duck - good practise for M'Lisa.
