it's amazing how The Beatles went from "Love me do" to this song in the course of 7 years.they were always maturing and experimenting.i wish i could had been around back than to know that feeling of the anticipation for the next album to come out and blow my mind.there music was so mind boggling to other artist like Brian Wilson,i can't imagine how it must of been for the audience.idc what anyone in the world sais,The Beatles were and always will be the greatest Rock 'n' Roll band of all time.

Paul wrote it when the band was beginning to break up & its a rather sad song reflecting his feelings at the time & new personal relationships forming eg John & Yoko..1968 when he recorded demo for it
