Sun-In hair lightener review

I have very dark brown hair. I used sun in when I was 13 and it lightened my hair significantly. I love this product. It works great and it's completely worth it.

DO NOT!!!! BUY THIS!!!! This actually made my hair fall out. and for everyone wondering it works! works so well that it keeps bleaching your hair even after you put on one application.I think it would prob be ok if you only do it once but if you use it do not use it more than once unless you want fried hair. I think People tend to overuse it bc you can see results right away so you keep spraying more and more (or at least thats what I did lol).....and voila!!! bald spots:)

@COULDNTthinkNAMEOFa the reason it keeps bleaching after u put it on is because its peroxide, and technically, watered down bleach, so if you want to prevent damage, after u put it on, wait maybe an hour, then wash it out of ur hair...i didn't do this, but it's something that might help

thank your soo much for your review ...question if you put it in your hands does it like idk how to explain in becuz my friend died her hair without using gloves and it left purple colors on it does the same thing happen with sun in?

@puranicachica it didn't for me, but her skin might just react differently to the products in it.

I honestly think you look wayyyyy better with dark hair! :) Not to be rude at all! and it looked like your hair was not that frizzy before you used it...but it looks sorta frizzy now...

I'm planning on testing this myself now. Your review was really helpful! I don't believe all of the people who say "I HAD TO CUT OFF ALL OF MY HAIR" below. They sound like they're making a hyperbole. Also, I've bleached my hair many times before, and it is so much lighter than your hair after using sun in, therefore, bleach must be more damaging than a bit of sun in for a few days.

And your hair doesn't look fried.

@KristyJazmine well in the pictures i did have a red/pinkish streak in the front of my hair, thats probably wat ur seeing. as far as highlights, the bottom of my hair is darker than the top, so wen the bottom shows through, you see it as highlights
