fedor was awesome during his run but i believed that age caught up with him and his training did not evolve.i dont believe that fedor was just all hype like dana white said.almost all the fighters he fought were at at one time ufc champs or pride champs.

Fedor was the best in his prime no doubt about it, but the game is constantly changing and evolving and he didnt. He shouldve crossed trained in Bjj, just for nothing else to have better submission defense. I know he destroyed Noguiera 3 times, but Nog's ground game isnt as good as WERdum or Antonio Bigfoot Siva, plus his striking is too wild, I know he knocked out alot of guys with it, but imagine how good he wouldve been if he set up those crazy strikes, after throwing technical punches.
