MUSIC: Song: Aganju (Latin Project Remix) Artist: Bebel Gilberto Album: Six Degrees of BRAZIL.
Yes I use Kinky Curly Curling Custard, and I use it for twist-outs and braid-outs; I have a video available for each styling method : )
I will take a look at your profile <3

Where did you buy flower cap with strap thanks for the tips been searching everywhere for my daughters. They have long thick hair. Haven't found one that works yet.

@jhernandez0773 Hi, I got the flower swim cap at a sports store for $20, they are quite delicate caps and allow water in which is why I pair it with a silicone cap underneath.
I have an updated swim cap video where I show a swim cap that works very well ( I purchased it online) and it is only like $5 more than the flower swim cap and works much better than anything I have tried :)

another tip is you can just get ur hair wet with regular water (like in a gym shower) and your hair will still b protected the same. and if you r wondering y it becuase your hair will absorb the regular water 1st ndd not the chlorine water which has chemicals to dry out hair.

@tweedie2014 I first allow my hair to soak up coconut oil, then I add conditioner so that a heavy conditioner is soaked in next, then I top it off with water then the swim cap. I know some people just wet their hair which seems to work for them, it would work for me as well but I think my oil/conditioner/water routine works best for me :)

Thanks for the tips, but I find that applying conditioner to my hair (dry or wet) before the pool, only makes my hair elastic slide and it's hard to keep in place.

@LimeGirl08 That happens to me as well. I put a silicone cap on then top it off with a cap that has a chin strap which helps to keep the silicone cap from sliding as much. I have recently purchased a whole different kind of swim cap and will update my swim routine accordingly :-)
