What a miserably rainy chilly day it was here in the Balt Annapolis area. I bet there would have been a lot more people there if the weather was nice. Annapolis is such a nice town. I love going there. As long as someone else does the driving : ) I try avoiding driving into the heart of Annapolis if I can. Anyway, I am glad there was still a nice turn out. Wish I could have went but I had to babysit. I couldn't drag a 3 yr old out in that miserable weather.

LOL lots of rain! Many were at the parking lot but unable to make it. The buses were running slow and many signs disapeared.
