Now.. you got a useless drum.

@hitachi088 Oh, I see. I had assumed they had some water in the bottom to make steam. That explains why it took awhile to collapse with just hot air cooling off inside I guess...
-
@realvanman1 never going to happen, there was nothing inside, no water no nothing...

Awsome we just use a 1 gallon metal can when I was in science class
-
and then the universe exploded.

Well that appeared to be a waste of a perfectly good drum... Would have been much better to apply the plug, then keep heating until... BOOM!
-
Well, dammit Sue Jane, you just ruined a perfectly good barbeque!

There is no danger with implosion unless it is so great and fast that it sucks you in with it. Or say the container is glass, after the implosion (concentration of matter) some shards may be released. Obviously when you are in a submerged submarine, or in space, but barring those instances along with very few others. There is little to no danger. Now commenting without understanding, that is reckless. I could go on, but this isn't physics class. And yes I did lerp your moms derp.

Telling her to go near a drum that is about to implode, is reckless.
