Andrea: Are you sure this party is a good idea?
Nick: Andee, its full proof. We all need a break, and my brothers wont know about it.
Andrea: alright,
Nick: But Im asking for one thing.
Andrea: what?
Nick: help me clean up after it?
Andrea: your on your own there.
Nick: fine.
Andrea: see you later Nick, *walks home*
Nick: *goes inside* any mail for me?
Joe: no,
Nick: *face falls* oh.
Joe: but a package came for you.
Nick: really?
Joe: yeah, its in your room.
Nick: *goes upstairs, rips open the box and a bunch of confetti falls out, he digs around and finds a present and a card*

Happy Birthday! I know Im a few days early, but I had no other time to do this. I wish I could be there when you turn 18, but I'll be there in spirit. Hope you like the present!

Joe: *walks in* whoa, whats with the confetti?
Nick: *smiling* Maddie sent me my early birthday present.
Joe: ...whats todays date?
Nick: the 13th, why?
Joe: oh, I have 3 days. Im good.
Nick: gee thanks. Wheres Kevin?
Joe: at Bellas again.
Nick: oh good.
Joe: why?
Nick: *phone rings* please answer it and DONT tell Kevin!
Joe: *answers the Phone*

Rebecca: *slides the phone to Andrea*

Rebecca: Andrea, he hurt you, he gave you no chance to talk things over. Tell him how bad it feels.
Andrea: its for the best Becca.
Rebecca: but I hate seeing you like this!
Andrea: Im fine.
Rebecca: no your not! Danny told you he loved you, and what does he do?
Andrea: *silent*
Rebecca: He dumped you.
Andrea: its better this way.
Rebecca: HOW THE HELL IS IT BETTER THIS WAY?!
Andrea: BECAUSE NOW I DONT HAVE TO WORRY IF HES CHEATING ON ME OR GETTING WASTED OUT OF HIS MIND! HE CAN HAVE SEX WITH A THOUSAND GIRLS AND I WOULDNT CARE

Nick: fine, ruin my social life. I wouldnt tell if you were faling.
Joe: *silent*
Nick: I just miss Maddie.
Joe: fine, I wont tell.
Nick: thanks.
Joe: but if your faking being sad I'll kill you.
Nick: Im not faking it.Youll be the same way once we go back to California in January.
Joe: *gulps* I totally forgot about that,
Nick: really?
Joe: *sits next to him* I cant leave Caitlyn by herself...
Nick: I hope you wouldnt.
Joe: well, we have awhile to figure things out.
Nick: *nods* Hey, are you guys still going out Saturday?
Joe: yeah, why?
Nick: just trying to figure out what Im doing.
Joe: alright. *leaves*
