How to hack your env touch (and other phones)

This is a tutorial mainly for mac users on how to set up Bitpim with their Env Touch and you can also use this information to do it with probably any phone that has bluetooth . I will show you how to change your menu theme. There's a quick tip for PC users on how to do it as well.

First of all, using Bluetooth is the only way to use Bitpim on your mac. I'll also show you how to add photos, videos, music, and ringtones with Bluetooth but without using Bitpim.

Bitpim is compatible with most phones with Bluetooth so this tutorial will help even if you don't have the env touch.

Themes:

It will unzip into a folder titled 'ui' with a complete backup of the flash directory. in the 'ui' folder is the 'menu' folder which contains the old theme.

hey, i tried it and when i put the file onto "menu" it says it loads it but then nothing happens...how do i change the theme after i do this? btw im using the iphone theme.

i followed all of these steps and detected my phone (bitpim says it's detected and the lights up green but no "filesystem" folder/icon is showing up :(

any idea whats going on or how to fix that?

@MacGuy365 the things you mentioned can be done without bitpim. mp3 can be done with bluetooth and for adress booj there are a lot of options. if you have a mac u can use a program called isync
