  • why is that two-pass heat exchanger not made using the counterflow principle?

    The counter flow is something like 25-30% more efficient and is used in the Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger.

  • Does anyone knows of any safe chemicals that heat up to 175+ degrees when motion is applied. If ammonia, sulfur dioxide, and non-halogenated hydrocarbons such as methane can be used as refrigerants when motion is applied, what chemicals can be used for heat when motion is applied?
