@landonrob Very good point! Most people go overboard with effects and distortion when trying to emulate the Hendrix sound!

Please check my covers of his out, I think I did an OK job of getting the tones, considering the equipment I used.

@420GuitarShredder early Jimi had barely any distortion....You can tell the difference.....I agree most 99% do the hammers /offs but Listen t closely to a few versions of Hey Joe and a few others ....He does more teeth plucking than hammer ons thats for sure !!

u need to work on those bends man, thats what really defines jimi hendrix.. fucking unreal accuracy in bends
