best Moriarty ever.

In all seriousness...I would of shot him. At least in the foot or something :)

This is a fascinating pair of performances...whereas the new movie attempts to show the two as having their primary difference be the nature of their respective psychoses (Holmes: outward insanity, inward respectability/Moriarty: outward respectability, inward insanity), these interpretations show Moriarty as a paranoid control freak who is enraged at Holmes' attempt to challenge him, while Holmes is feeling as much excitement at the prospect of a rival as he is righteous fury.

@LordJazor So did Steve Moffat & Mark Gatiss, apparently.

A valid insight on you're part, BUT the one true SH, to me, will always be Basil Rathbone. Why do you think theres a restaurant on 88th street n 2nd ave. named after him ? Oh, in NYC, of course.

The difference between Rathbone and Brett as Sherlock Holmes is that the first plays a character, when the second is the character.
They used the sam lines in the SH2 movie... and in the BBC version too... Are they from the books?

@akiboo92 Yep! It's always interesting to see how each actor delivers (basically) the same lines.
