1 Cup Yogurt slightly soured
2 Tbsp Besan/Chickpea flour
2 Cups cold Water
1 Tbsp Ghee/Butter
1/2 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Asofedita/Hing
Salt to taste
Pinch of Turmaric Powder (Optional)
1 Tsp Ginger (Grated/Paste)
1/2 Tsp Garlic (Grated/Paste)(Optional)
Green Chillies to taste(optional)
1 stalk Curry Leaves (optional)
