Illusion vs. Us

I fight for my peace of mind from all the noise in the society I live in. It invades me and my mind, molding my brain, to walk, talk, think, speak, dress, and look identical to its binding ways. In this video I fight against it. The secret weapon: creativity of the mind. "Television is not the truth. Television is a god damned amusement park. Television is a circus, a carnival, a traveling show of acrobats, of story tellers, dancers, singers, jugglers, side show freaks, and live entertainers, and football players. But you people, sit there day after day, night after night, of all ages, all colors. Where are you now? We are beginning to believe the illusions they are spinning here. We are beginning to think that the tube is reality and that your own lives are unreal. You do whatever the tube tells you to. You dress like the tube, you eat like the tube, you raise your children like the tube. You even THINK like the tube. THIS IS MASS MADNESS YOU MANIACS!!! In god's name you people are the real thing. We are the illusion!"

Interesting idea... but whenever I watch TV I try to stay away from anything that could seem to be too real. or blatantly fake in a real world... I got caught up in a chick flick about an hour ago... I think it was about not lying, but Hillary Duff must've had fun making it.... Most things on TV try to teach us lessons... but our mindset usually deludes the good. I think we should spend more money on libraries... I'm just tired and rambling now... Nice video - I really liked the finishing touch.
