the only thing wrong with mass effect 3 is the ending

When I finished the last game, I imagined part 3 would reveal everything about the reapers, and we'd have a final, epic showdown against them. Through the entire game, we did not get more background on the reapers. Nor was there some cool reaper plot, nor a real leader. Instead, the game focused on Cerberus, and the big 'reveal' was that some random kidgod seemed to be behind all this mess. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed the game. But imo, they should've focused on the reapers way more.

The extended cut ending is easy enough to understand; it just isn't the ending the trilogy should have had. It shouldn't have ended with instantaneous, plot-twist space magic presenting a scenario with four vague, generic options regarding subject that wasn't the central theme of the trilogy.

as the wiring is taken out of him as the attention is brought to anderson shepard gets up at first to help anderson he says no just activate the crucible shepard looks at the crucible console due to his prothean visions he already knows what it says there are to options use the reapers powers to control the galaxy or destroy the reapers without affecting all other forms of AI and im just going to go with destroy when you activate that anderson killed harbinger illusive man and the reapers fall.

smashed into the citadel Anderson awakes and starts whispering shepard due to his weakened condition he cant yell then as shepard talks to the crucible which has become red he realizes none of this is real and wakes up the Illusive mans body was injecting some kind of mechanical wiring into shepard and his face looks like a husks now and he is controlled by harbinger shepard tries to get harbinger off when Anderson shoots him repeatedly dragging the attention to him and shepard screams

you know i dont mind Mass effect 3's ending but what i hate is that its the only ending it shouldve been like this varying between how many war assets you have if you have to little assets 0-2500 harbinger kills you on your way to the beacon, you watch as the fleet you sent gets destroyed brutally and see the ground forces get pulverized 2500- 4000 you get the whole thing with the crucible and the choices then 4000 and up you get the crucible at first when an explosion goes off because a reaper

Yeah, people seem to be semi-satiated by the Extended Cut mop-up for some reason, and completely forget about the ending.
