its good but not accurate an accurate one makes us (am only 24) cry thinking bout what it represented to a good few million people in a lotta europe... the last damn thing they knew what the hell it was before shredding into small bits by a fuck load of bombs

There were differnt "Versions" Of the Carter, But most were Knock-offs of copies of it, and by "bi-tonal" Do you mean Dual tone or like a hi-Low?

were there size variations of these gents carter's, were there extra large ones in london, did numerous ones go off at the same time.
also i've noticed these four fan ones produce a distinctive bi-tonal wail exactly like in those archive films, whereas the grey ones do not.

No idea what to say to that, Mary... hahaha. I really dont think it would smash car windows or any window. It is not at the right frequency to bother any kind of glass.
