@gavindjharper well, its been 3 years now, just answer the question asked by enteliim, if that answer is going to make your book worthless, then maybe the damn thing was in the first place, but if that answer is only a small part of your book, then maybe it will encourage more people buy it.

They are trying to mix it with carbon to make an ink substance and place it between the plates...

I don't see any future in a technology that leans heavily on platinum for proton exchange membranes.

Hi Gavin, thank you for sharing this extremely interesting experiment. Sodium Borohydride fuel cells are much better than methanol or hydrogen, which are contaminant and flammable/explosive. Hello kght222 - the hydrogen is generated from Sodium Borohydride using a catalyst tablet which speeds up its decomposition. The fuel cell itself is a miniature fuel cell which is made by H-Tec called a fuel cell mini. The motor is just a basic low voltage motor, nothing special.
