Sounds good I have a 914 W-14-C it has the pick up but I had them not cut a hole for the electronics. Maximum Respect

Anything above the 314ce it seems you're just paying for frilly bits, i'm not about frilly all about tone <3

How do I feel about Taylor guitars? In case of fire; throw them in. Nothing beats a good old vintage Martin or Guild. Taylor guitars sound like rubber bands stretched across cardboard. Overpriced and overrated. Sums it up.

Does anybody watch the count down and skip the ad?

You should start reviewing Breedlove guitars.

@coogiewoogie I agree with you.. the 814 is a much better choice than this guitar. It has a well balanced tone which is what I personally look for, ESPECIALLY in a Grand Auditorium. This just isn't worth it. But the 814, well now that's another story. I myself prefer my 214 over the 914. It seems the higher the price the worse it sounds.Take for instance the 916..that's just ridiculous

@TheJohnnyboy445 Well, if you have mediums or thicker, then you can strum like that. I have mediums and have to strum sometimes harder than that when I busk downtown.
-
@ZepIV It really does.

I was expecting this to be nicer sounding than the 414ce, but i don't think it is. Just goes to show you have to find the right guitar for yourself, and that it may not be better because it's more expensive. I'm happy with my 414ce

Seen one of these at the vegas Guitar Center as one of the floor models in the acoustic room. A big gash on the side but still sold for $5,000+ I'm pretty sure it was this model
-
you should do Cole Clark guitar demos
-
I've seen like 5 of these videos and in each one he strums like he's slapping someone across the face. Take the money you spent to demo all these guitars and go get some lessons.

Hi dudes, in this test , the 914 ce is the only one that is Electro acoustic guitar , the other guitar are just accoustic guitars,I've bought one 814 ce and the thing I 'm sure about is that's a great guitar and its sounds quite similar plugged or unplugged , the neck is quite perfect , and the brillant ound comes also from part of the 12/54 strings ! Keep on playin' I'm sure that all your guitars are the best in the world like our childs if you're old enough to have one, Peace & Music. :-)

I'd look into an aftermarket pickguard with that kind of strumming... ...or order my 9-series with one attached!
-
@71MARTIND28 yeah totally agree stand one up against the wall and look at it.....ugly instruments especially compared to the martins...i personally love the seagull series
-
@mustangblues05 You know that epiphone is owned by gibson correct? Also that gibson sold out to a retailer?
-
You can keep your Gibsons Taylors or any of the other guy's acoustic's I'm a Martin man they make the best guitars money can buy.I have a 12 and 6 string Martin wouldnot let them go for anything but thats just my opinion. Also have Epiphone Les paul that I upgraded with 57 classic pick ups and chaged the tuners for klusen tuners I have about 600 dollars in it and would put it up against any 3000 dollar Gibson.

@250sxfguy Yessir, makes for more accurate comparisons! It does get boring though, don't it?
-
@MDSphinx buy a larrivee ;)
-
This guy plays the exact same thing for all the guitars. D:
-
i have compared this with other guitar videos..seriously no other guitar can beat this, when it comes to arpeggio.
-
he hits the strings like theyre some kind of drums
-
@TheJohnnyboy445 na i sometimes pick like that too, it's really not such of a big deal man
-
i can picture the awkward moment when the strings break and the pick cracks in half..
-
@71MARTIND28 THE HEAD LOOKS FINE...
jeez, you can break strings strumming like that

I always like to synchronise their vids with two different guitars to actually here the difference :)
