I'm an artist. That's the kind of thing we notice, LOL.

But also it's noticeable anyway because it makes such a difference to his expression. In the earliest seasons when he wasn't as dumb, he had the eyebrow in quite a lot of shots. I assume they phased the eyebrow out because it lent some extra intelligence to his face and that didn't fit his personality anymore. That's why I was surprised to see it so late. (It's turned up at a few random moments recently, too).
